    Shoulder

    Measure at the broadest part of your shoulder. This is done by placing the tape flat at the backside from right edge to left edge of the shoulder joint.

    Bust

    Measure at the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and on top of both the nipples.

  • 3

    Waist

    Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

  • 4

    Hips

    Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
