At Sensing, we take into account how people may feel about their skin and their bodies. It’s why all our clothes are versatile, breathable and allows you to move freely.

We design them to be kinder to your skin and the earth they’re going to go back in. The fabrics are pH balanced, odour neutralising and created by blending botanical plant fibers. It is also tested for harmful substances and certified to be safe by OEKO-TEX (Standard 100).

If you live outside India, that is in countries like the US, UK, UAE, Europe or Canada; your final orders include taxes and shipping cost only. It does not include the delivery duty charges. You will be prompted to pay the duty by the courier service once your order crosses a border.

All prices on the store are reflected in INR and can be changed to your preferential country currency, through the currency converter. 

Any transaction fees charged to you, will be collected by your bank and are not under our control. Hence we cannot provide a refund for these fees.

The other option incase you checked out as a guest; is to go to the delivery information section in the footer, that leads to the tracking page.

Yes you can edit or cancel your order only within 6 hours of placing the order.

We ship in India with a one time 12 day return and exchange policy. 

We ship worldwide too. Currently we do not accept exchange on international orders.

You simply have to make sure the product reaches us undamaged and unwashed (in its original condition) and we will refund the product price back into your account.

At Sensing we take gifting as seriously as you do. Hence we have designed a modern gifting experience for you and your loved ones. 

You can gift pack our products in care bags that can be reused again and again.

These are bags that care to do more than pack your product, hence they are called care bags.

Each Care bag is :

• Tear resistant

• Water resistant

• Antibacterial 

• Recyclable

Yes, these can be purchased separately.

The bags are made up of recycled house wrap and PET bottles.

It is intentionally designed to reflect human imperfection, wrinkle and age just like skin.

It can be reused to store/carry/protect/organize items like clothes, medicines, electronic devices, or important documents.

Yes, It can be hand washed with cold water.

Do not bleach / machine wash or dry / iron.

At Sensing, your thoughts matter as much as the act of gifting. You can add a gift message (20 word limit) in the checkout cart under "Is this a gift?".

Bulk gifting are purchases that include more than 9 items from our store. This could be gratitude gifts for friends, matching outfits for families or uniform orders for teams of 9 people or more.

Currently we don't provide customisation of clothing.
